Payments

The deposit
In order to guarantee the date of the event, a deposit of 50% of the invoice is requested. the reservation will be finalized once the deposit has been made. The balance of the invoice must be paid on the day of your event before installation or delivery.
Please note that the event deposit is considered non-refundable
EXTERIEUR EVENTS
Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions greatly affect balloon decoration. For all outdoor events, classic balloon decoration, deliveries and balloon structures cannot be guaranteed to be weatherproof. Customers must have a secondary plan to include an interior location for set ups.
Helium balloons
We recommend that balloons be placed indoors, and not in extreme weather conditions.
Life time
12” float for 12-24 hours
18“ - 36” float for 1-3 days
rental items
All rented items must be returned exactly as rented. Any damage will be automatically charged.
Delivery &
installation
Please note that delivery and installation are additional charges. Delivery charges will be calculated according to kilometers traveled.
